- 1 tomato sliced
- 5 slices fresh mozzarella
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
- fresh basil
Cut the tomatoes into even slices. Layer them alternately with the sliced mozzarella on a serving platter.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then top with fresh basil.
