Ingredients

  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 5 slices fresh mozzarella
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
  • fresh basil

Instructions

  • Cut the tomatoes into even slices. Layer them alternately with the sliced mozzarella on a serving platter.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then top with fresh basil.
  • Serve and enjoy!
