Sheet Pan Salmon
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 lbs salmon filets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme or 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 tsp dried parsley or 1 tbsp fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, soy sauce, herbs, garlic and lemon zest until combined.
- Place the salmon and prepared marinade in a resealable bowl or zip top bag. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 8 hours.
- Turn your oven to broil and position the oven rack to the upper third of your oven; it should be about 6 - 8 inches from the broiling element at the top.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and place on a large sheet pan.
- Broil for 11 - 12 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve and enjoy.
